MY STORY

From a young age, I was exposed to the fascinating world of visual media, and it wasn’t long before I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in the film industry. To me, films contain an element of magic - the ability to transport us to another time and place, to bring out emotions and alter perceptions.

When i was age 6 i had the facination of movies. My dad showed me avitar and after asking my dad where the blue people from Pandora came from he told me that it was all movie magic and was not real. From then i have had the urge to make unbelievable things from thin air. To see the amusment from other peoples faces after they see my work is amazing. The sheer excitment from them is the best feeling. Film Making to me is my way of expressing myself.

I am now 16 years old and have chosen my subjects for Year 11 and 12.

2 of the courses i am choosing are at tafe. 1 is Screen and Media and the other is industrial technology and multimedia. The skills i will learn in those classes should help me improve in my film making and to take my prior knowledge and use it properly in the field.

As a creative individual, these are some of the aspects that attracted me to get involved in this industry.
